Chris Kelly has had a rather unique career having spent fifty per cent of his career as a business leader/manager and fifty per cent as a consultant to management. Chris has extensive experience at Board/CEO level in a variety of industries including financial services, retail, packaged goods, advertising & branding and tourism/leisure.

His background in management consulting over recent years is extremely varied. He has led major business performance, transformation and growth projects on behalf of hundreds of clients including Australia Post, Aurora Energy, Bendigo Bank, HSBC, AMP, Tabcorp, Telstra, BMW, Museum Victoria, Vicroads and Warrnambool Cheese & Butter.

Chris’ marketing/advertising background has uniquely informed his consulting approach (customer perspective/importance of brand), as has his extensive CEO/business leadership experience (wholistic understanding of business performance dynamics/challenges of execution/people management).

Whilst Chris has consulted to very large clients, he has also worked effectively with hundreds of medium-small businesses. Chris’ approach is strategic but practicable and hands-on. He is very focused on ensuring strategy is effectively translated into actions and programs.
