One of the most important relationships we have is with our doctor. Having a trusted GP who you know has your best interests at heart (literally) is at the centre of your long term physical and mental health.

Sure, they aren’t able to deal with every possible issue that might afflict us. However, a great GP has links to the specialists who can weave their own magic within their area of expertise. The GP stands effectively with you in the centre dealing with the totality of your health as their reason for being - and then calls on each specialist as and when required for individual conditions. After all you don’t go to a brain surgeon to deal with a dose of the flu.
