Graeme is a senior business leader with over 30 years’ experience in many businesses and industries, including general management positions in small, medium and large organisations.

Graeme is an experienced business manager and consultant, has a proven track record of success delivering profit improvement, leadership development, business process improvement and team building. He has strong financial management skills from leading large manufacturing businesses as well as much smaller consultancies. He has a degree in metallurgical engineering, a master’s degree in business administration and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Graeme lives in Newcastle with his wife and two boys. When he is not helping others to achieve their success, he is an active volunteer in a number of sporting clubs and enjoys time with his family.
